How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Eudaemon is simple.
You just have to go to the ‘euda shop’ tab and browse through the products displayed there. Once you have found the products, select your size. If you are not sure about your size, you can refer to the size guide attached there. Once you are done, click Add to Cart. You can customize the sleeve length and jacket length for jackets, and trouser waist and length for trousers. You can type in the initials of your name to be hand stitched on the garment. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ once done. Now, enter your email id and password to subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. Enter your delivery details, make payment and you are done.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Since every clothing at Eudaemon is made fresh, we do not accept returns.
Returns are only possible if you haven’t opted for any customizations or if there is a fault in the garment from our side.
Eudaemon accepts returns of faulty products within 7 calendar days from receipt. We will be happy to collect returns from your place of convenience, free of cost. Just follow these simple steps to ensure a hassle-free return/exchange.

  • The products should not have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged and the identification tag should still be attached.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the return form and the original receipt included in the package sent to you.
  • The products should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Prepare the package and stick the pre-paid shipping label on the box over the previous delivery information. This pre-paid shipping label was included in the package when it was originally sent to you.
  • Request a return on the order page and initiate a refund or exchange.

What is the refund policy?

All returned products will be checked within 10 working days from the time we receive the package.
Only Eudaemon has the right to determine whether products are in their original condition. We will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In the case of a denied return, our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you.
Please note that due to various payment providers having different processing times for refunds, it can take 10 working days for refunds to be processed back to your original form of payment.

What are the order processing times?

All Eudaemon products are made fresh only when you ask for them. Because of this, the processing time is typically 7 business days.
This processing time involves ordering the fabric and getting it stitched artistically in sartorial techniques by our skilled artisans. We believe that this unhurriedly focused process over time stimulates a deeper connection.

What is the expected delivery timeframe?

For domestic orders, we aim to have your order with you within 2-3 working days ‘after’ the processing time. For international shipping, the time may vary depending upon the delivery location.

Are you open during Covid-19 time?

We are pleased to let you know that keeping in mind the safety of our community, we are open with all the necessary precautions and safety measures. We are trying to give our best service with minimum employee capacity in a spacious area where social distancing is easy to maintain.

Are you taking the necessary precautions in the studio?

As we all continue to adapt to life during the COVID-19 pandemic and get into some routine, it’s extremely important that we don’t let our guard down.
We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our community.
Our employees have been trained on how best to work during this situation and will be wearing personal protective equipment such as masks. Social distancing is practiced in our studio and all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
We want to ensure that everyone has a safe, comfortable, and exceptional in-store experience.

Do you provide repair/alteration service?

We ensure that all Eudaemon products will last you a long, long time if you respect them. We make sure that our work endures the test of time. But if along the way, if you ever need repair service on our products, we are here to provide it to you for a lifelong time at minimum charges.
We believe that a good fit makes a huge difference to your appearance and results in life-enhancing experiences, which is why we also provide luxury alterations and repair services on clothing items that are not purchased from us. For pricing, get in touch with us through call, WhatsApp, or email.

How can I send my garments for repairs and alterations?

You can either book an appointment through call, Whatsapp or email and then drop by the studio to give your garments for repairs and alterations on a day convenient to you except Sundays. If that is not possible, team Eudaemon can pick the garments from your preferred location, be it your home or workplace. This pick-up service is only available for residents of Delhi NCR.

How do I find my correct size?

To find your correct size, you can refer to the sizing guide attached to each product. All Eudaemon products are shown in global, Italian, and French sizes. There is a separate size guide for jackets and trousers.
Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our team will be more than happy to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

How do I register or sign in?

To register or sign in, click on the ‘log in’ button on the top right corner. To login, simply enter your email id and password. To register, click on the ‘register’ tab and enter the required details and click ‘sign up’.
You can also sign up for our newsletter by entering your email id and password at the time of checkout.

How can I get in touch with Eudaemon?

What are the studio timings?

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. However, most of the time we are working till much later.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges may vary depending upon the delivery location. Domestic shipping costs INR 500.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by writing to the Euda Expert on the website.
